This was the best decision made to pay for this fantastic service, the immigration and custom queue was out of the hall almost onto the apron at the side Claudia had our name clearly held to the side of this massive queue, I can not dtand and need a stick to walk we met Claudia and she took us to the side checked our immigration form q code, then direct to customs officer, she got our luggage loaded onto a barrow with a nice man to take it to our resort transfer vehicle we was off the aircraft and wished off to resort within 20 mins, those poor people in that queue must have been there hours, thank you Claudia your service was worth every dollar.
